Party Details
What You Provide:
• A location for your guests to paint
• Table and chairs for all guests
• Table covers and floor covers (if needed, especially for younger guests)
• One roll of paper towels
• One paper plate per guest
• One clear cup of water per guest
• Snacks, drinks, or party foods
What We Provide:
• High-quality watercolor paper
• Watercolor paints
• Paint brushes
• An original artwork to recreate during the session
• Expert guidance with step-by-step instructions
• Lighthearted fun to keep the mood relaxed and joyful
Event Details:
• Setup: We arrive 15 minutes before the event start time to set up.
• Painting Time: The painting session begins at the agreed-upon time and lasts approximately 2 hours, including a 15 minute break. (Guests are welcome to arrive early for snacks or drinks, but painting starts on time!)
• Breaks: Guests can step away as needed for drinks, bathroom breaks, or a quick breather—this is all about fun, not rigid rules!
• Cleanup & Photos: We stay 15 minutes after painting concludes to assist with cleanup and take photos with you and your guests.
